In the interests of protecting its staff and guests, MaTakaTaka´s management has and will continue to assess the publicly available information and advice relating to the spread of COVID-19.
As new regulations, information or advice is made available, it will be incorporated into our procedures and passed onto our staff.
MaTakaTaka´s policy is to train and equip its staff to provide services responsibly and hygienically whilst minimizing any negative impact on the guest experience. At the same time guests will be encouraged to act responsibly themselves, and to inform our staff immediately should they feel ill at any time during their tour.
The Department of Health requires that a checklist is completed daily by each guest and that the temperature of all guests must be taken daily for the duration of the tour. Our vehicles are disinfected on a regular basis and hand sanitizer will be readily available.
Guests will be encouraged to wash hands regularly and will be required to follow social distancing guidelines. Guests will be asked to wear a mask where required.
